How do you handle a social media crisis?

On Monday 26th January at 1pm SA time our creative director Fred Felton will be taking part in a Google Hangout all for Community Manager's Appreciation Day #CMAD

He will be chatting to a panel of experts which includes: Kirsty Bisset from Stir, Cath Jenkin from ContentCandy, Nazareen Ebrahim from Socially Acceptable and Samantha Perry a freelance journalist.

They will be looking at case studies from South Africa and showing you what to do and what not to do in 2015.

A long time ago in another dimension we started this list with the help of some others.
At that time we had over 100 people from South Africa who had caused some sort of
